Spire Cheshire Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Theatre Administration team on a part-time, permanent basis.
In this important role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support to the Theatre Department. You will act as the first point of contact for enquiries received by telephone, email and in person, ensuring that all queries are handled efficiently and directed to the appropriate person where necessary.
You will work 22.5 hours per week on a shift pattern:
Shift patterns are between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, such as 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

As Theatre Administrator, you will provide an efficient administrative and customer service function within the Theatre Department.
You will act as the first point of contact for the department, ensuring that enquiries are handled professionally and effectively. You will also support the Theatre Management team by maintaining accurate theatre schedules, coordinating theatre lists and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department
