Job summary

Prometric is seeking a Test Centre Administrator in London to supervise candidates, ensure secure testing, and support centre operations. The role requires handling arrivals, verification, and safeguarding procedures with a customer-focused approach.

You will work part-time with flexibility to cover other test centers, contributing to a safe, efficient testing environment and maintaining high service standards across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive test candidates and centre visitors on arrival
• Check identification and entitlement
• Monitor candidates to ensure a secure testing environment
• Sign candidates in/out of the testing room
• File irregularity reports for unusual situations or complaints
• Provide security at the facility and manage keys as required
• Operate test centre equipment and related hardware
• Support operations and technical staff with data communications
• Operate DVR, camera, phone system and alarm as required
• Participate in Prometric QA, audits and team initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness of the Test Centre
• Highlight health & safety issues proactively
• Complete accreditation exams and training sessions
