Job summary

Reed in Partnership in Cambridge is seeking a Test Centre Associate to invigilate exams and ensure the secure delivery of tests within the DVSA programme. You will help test candidates, maintain test integrity and provide excellent customer service in a busy test centre environment.

You will check candidate IDs, explain test processes, and handle incidents while following Reed in Partnership’s policies and Equality Act guidelines.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work under pressure to short timescales and multitask to complete a variety of competing activities.
• Experience in working with diverse customer groups.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Checking candidates ID documents and booking them in on the system
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained
• Supervision and invigilation of tests
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries
• Reviewing tests and test centre scheduled
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the test centre meets individual candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing
