Job summary

Reed in Partnership Ltd in Watford is seeking a Test Centre Associate to invigilate exams and deliver tests for the DVSA programme. You will ensure procedures are followed and candidates are treated with courtesy, while maintaining the security and integrity of each test.

The role is based at the Watford Theory Test Centre with flexible shifts to accommodate mornings, afternoons, and some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service
• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information securely

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and greet candidates
• Check candidates' IDs and register them on the system
• Maintain test integrity and security
• Oversee invigilation and supervision of tests
• Explain test process and assist with queries
• Open and close test centre daily procedures
• Support diversity and inclusion and Equality Act compliance
• Report incidents affecting testing
