Job summary

Reed in Partnership Ltd. in Grimsby is seeking a Test Centre Associate to invigilate exams, welcome candidates and ensure test integrity within the DVSA framework. You will check IDs, assist with the sign-in process and answer candidate queries while upholding security procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Checking candidates ID documents and booking them in on the system
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained
• Supervision and invigilation of tests
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedule
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the test centre meets individual candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and our approach to diversity and inclusion
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing
