Job summary

The role offers flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, full days and evenings, with potential for additional hours. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and exceptional customer service and calmness under pressure are essential for success.

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high‑quality customer service.

• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with diverse candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates.
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system.
• Ensure integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Invigilate tests and explain the process to candidates.
• Review tests and centre schedule; perform opening/closing procedures.
• Support with other queries and accommodate candidate needs under Equality Act.
