Job summary

The role offers flexible part-time or occasional shifts, with morning, afternoon, full-day, and evening slots across six days. Driving licence is preferred but not always required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service.
• Checking candidates ID documents and booking them in on the system.
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests.
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries.
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedules.
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Ensuring the test centre meets candidate needs in line with Equality Act and diversity inclusion.
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact candidate testing.
