Job summary

Reed in Partnership invites applications for a Test Centre Associate in Leeds to invigilate exams and deliver tests for the DVSA programme, ensuring adherence to the relevant procedures and Reed in Partnership policies.

You will provide high-quality customer service, check candidates' IDs, and manage test centre operations while assisting candidates with queries. The role requires flexibility across shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Providing a high level of customer service
• Checking candidates' ID documents and booking them in on the system
• Ensuring the integrity and security of tests are maintained
• Supervision and invigilation of tests
• Explaining the test process to candidates and supporting with other queries
• Reviewing tests and test centre schedule
• Performing daily test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring the test centre meets candidate needs in line with the Equality Act and inclusion approach
• Handling and reporting incidents that could impact testing
