Job summary

You will check IDs, book candidates in, maintain test security, explain the process, and support with queries, while working a flexible pattern including mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays.

A full UK driving licence is beneficial; focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Invigilate exams and ensure test integrity.
• Check candidate IDs and process bookings.
• Explain test processes to candidates and answer queries.
• Review tests and centre schedules.
• Execute opening and closing procedures of the test centre.

• Handle and report incidents affecting testing.
