Reed in Partnership in Derby is seeking a Senior Test Centre Associate to help deliver secure DVSA driving theory tests at the Derby centre. You will invigilate tests, adhere to standards, and support day-to-day centre operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence (driving not required at all locations).
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible in working hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Invigilate exams and ensure test delivery procedures.
• Check candidates' ID and register in the system.
• Open/close test centre and manage the schedule.
• Coach and support Test Centre Associates.
• Report incidents in line with procedures and liaise with DVSA HR.
