Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate for our Boston site to support the DVSA assessment programme. You will invigilate exams, check candidate IDs, input bookings, and ensure test integrity and compliance with the programme’s standards while delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings and Saturdays, with a focus on accessibility and inclusion in line with the Equality Act.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales
• Experience with diverse customer groups
• Flexible working hours including evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service to candidates and visitors
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them into the system
• Maintain test integrity and security throughout the session
• Invigilate tests and explain test processes to candidates
• Perform opening and closing procedures and report incidents as needed
