Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a Test Centre Associate in Boston to invigilate exams and efficiently deliver tests to candidates. You will ensure test integrity, check IDs, and handle candidate queries in a customer-focused, compliant environment.

The role offers flexible shifts, including mornings, afternoons and evenings, with potential to support across Grantham and Lincoln. A full UK driving licence is preferred, with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Significant demonstrable experience in providing high-quality customer service.

• Flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Invigilation of exams and delivery of tests to candidates.
• Check candidates' ID documents and book them in on the system.
• Ensure the integrity and security of tests are maintained.
• Supervision and invigilation of tests across sessions.
• Explain the test process to candidates and respond to queries.
• Perform daily test centre opening and closing procedures.
• Support candidate needs in line with Equality Act and diversity policies.
