Job summary

Pearson VUE in Bangor, UK is hiring a part-time Test Centre Administrator to welcome candidates, check them in and support secure exam delivery in a busy on-site environment.

You’ll work Tue-Thu and some Saturdays with a pay rate of £13.60 per hour, paid monthly, and you’ll join a global team dedicated to helping learners through their assessment journey.

Basic Microsoft Office experience is helpful, and the role suits a friendly, detail‑oriented team-player who can adapt to varying shifts.

Qualifications

• School qualifications in English and Maths.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check-in customers/test-taking candidates.
• Comply with exams testing security and procedures and follow company policies.
• Verify customer/candidate identification and explain exam rules.
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during exams.
• Troubleshoot with IT and other internal departments.
• Conduct some housekeeping duties as needed.
