Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to drive store operations in the UK. You will lead a team, ensure smooth day-to-day running, and deliver great customer service during night hours.

The role offers flexible hours, a minimum weekly commitment, and opportunities to grow within a large retailer. Night rates apply with premiums for late-night hours.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
