Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Night Shift Lead to supervise store operations during late hours. The role focuses on delivering a great customer experience, supervising team members, and ensuring safety and efficiency after hours.

You will manage scheduling within availability windows, communicate clearly with colleagues, and act as the go-to person for day-to-day queries in a fast-paced retail environment. The position offers progression and a supportive, inclusive team culture.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at �15.59 per hour, rising to �16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of �2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
