Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead Night role in Chorley offers variety, teamwork, and daily challenges. You’ll lead the store team, ensure excellent customer service, and be the go-to person for day-to-day questions.

The role includes night pay with starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25 area, plus a £2.35 per hour night premium for hours between midnight and 6am. Minimum 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours available. We support flexible working and progression.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
