Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead Night to coordinate store operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead by example, manage shifts, and work across store areas to keep customers supported and informed. The role requires effective communication, adaptability, and a passion for helping teams perform at their best.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
