Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a confident Shift Lead for night operations. You will lead the in-store team across departments, ensuring excellent service and smooth night-time processes.

Your hours are scheduled within the availability windows, with a minimum 16 hours per week and the night pay rate starting at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25, plus a £2.35 night premium. We value flexible working and strong communication to handle day-to-day queries and keep customers satisfied.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
