Job summary

Tesco is hiring a Night Shift Lead in the United Kingdom. You will lead the store team during night shifts, ensuring a high standard of customer service, operational efficiency, and safety.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and strong leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, manage staff across departments, and communicate clearly to maintain seamless service.

Tesco Shift Lead Night pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

• A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
