Howdens Joinery is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow a local customer base across your territory. This field-based role involves winning new business, nurturing trade partnerships, and working closely with depot teams to maximise account performance.

You will manage enquiries end-to-end, build product knowledge in joinery and hardware, and benefit from a competitive package including a company car, generous pension, and team bonus opportunities.

Qualificações

• Track record of winning new business or in a target-driven sales role.
• Confident engaging trade customers from first conversation.
• Self-motivated, resilient with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to build product and service knowledge in joinery and hardware.
• Strong organisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business by proactively approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities into new accounts.
• Grow and nurture the trade account base across your territory and support depot performance.
• Introduce new customers to the Howdens model and articulate how it works.
• Collaborate with depot teams to grow account spend and trading frequency.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and manage enquiries from first contact to resolution.
• Contribute to team meetings with insights and performance updates.
• Keep data accurate and visible across activity and pipeline.
