Howdens Joinery is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow your local trade customer base across your territory, winning new business and turning conversations into long-term trade partnerships. You will work closely with depot colleagues to nurture the trade customer base, building trust and converting opportunities into sales.

You will build relationships with trade customers, manage enquiries from first contact to resolution, and drive growth across depots with a strong focus on

Formación

• Proven track record of winning new business or hitting sales targets.
• Confidently engage trade customers from first conversation.
• Self-motivated, resilient with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to build product knowledge in joinery and hardware.
• Strong organisational skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilidades

• Win new business by proactively approaching prospective customers and converting opportunities into new accounts.
• Grow the account base across your territory and support each depot’s performance.
• Introduce new customers to the Howdens model and articulate its benefits.
• Collaborate with depot teams to increase account spend and trading frequency.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing account holders.
• Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to resolution.
• Contribute insights and performance updates in team meetings.
• Keep data up to date and maintain visibility of activity and pipeline.
• Work safely and in line with Health & Safety standards.
