Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead field-based growth across the M25, with a base salary of £40,000–£45,000 (London weighting) and uncapped commission. OTE around £70,000. Role based near Watford with easy M25 access.

• Experience in a field sales/area sales role.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across a territory through research, data and networking.
• Develop knowledge of market requirements and customer needs.
• Promote products to key accounts and end users.
• Manage revenue of your own territory and develop pipeline.
• Achieve territory sales by cold calling, appointments, site surveys and demonstrations.
• Achieve calls to target groups and follow up on leads.
• Grow your own pipeline and meet KPIs.
• Develop key client relationships and work with internal teams.
