Cameo Consultancy in Guildford is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover the South East, building a strong customer base and end-to-end pipeline. The role is field-based, full-time, with a salary of £40,000–£41,000 and uncapped commission, offering an OTE of around £70,000.

A company vehicle and fuel card are provided for this territory role. The position rewards proactive sales professionals with B2B experience, negotiation skills and the ability to manage their own time while achieving KPIs

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or area sales management.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Cold calling and lead generation experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and regional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across a territory through research, data and networking.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of market requirements.
• Promote products to key accounts and end users end to end.
• Manage revenue of your territory; develop prospects and follow up.
• Achieve territory sales via cold calls, appointments, site surveys and demos.
• Develop a qualified pipeline and maintain client relationships.
