Job summary

Cameo Consultancy is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join a global market leader. The role covers the South Central territory, with Reading as an ideal base, and is field based, full-time and permanent.

Salary £40,000–£41,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE around £70,000, plus diverse incentives and progression opportunities. You will identify opportunities, develop market knowledge, promote products to key accounts, manage your territory, and drive pipeline through cold calls, site

Qualifications

• Experience in a field business development/area sales manager role.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities across a territory through research, data and networking.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the market requirements.
• Promotion of products to all key accounts and end to end user.
• Managing the revenue of your own territory developing prospects, following up on opportunities.
• Achieving territory sales by cold calling, appointment setting, site surveys and demonstrations.
• Grow your own pipeline working to KPIs.
• Develop key client relationships and contacts to gain traction.
