Network Scientific Recruitment is seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in arthroplasty or orthopaedic medical devices to join a specialist implant manufacturer. You will promote products across the designated UK regions, develop strong clinical and procurement relationships, and travel extensively to client sites.

The role requires a life sciences degree (or healthcare sales experience), a proven sales record, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Life sciences degree preferred or healthcare sales experience.
• Proven track record in orthopaedic medical devices sales.
• Strong ability to meet/exceed sales targets individually and in teams.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell orthopaedic devices within designated UK regions.
• Build and maintain clinical and procurement relationships in theatre.
• Prepare business cases and proposals.
• Coach and motivate clinical specialists on the territory.
• Meet or exceed allocated sales targets.
• Organise and attend customer events.
• Travel across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent to grow the business.

Do you have experience within Arthroplasty or more generically, surgical based medical devices?

Would you be interested in working for a specialist orthopaedic implant manfucturer?

Our client is a leading supplier of products into the joint replacement and limb salvage solution arena.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company products on the given designated geographic region
• Manage and establish strong clinical and commercial relationships within the theatre and procurement fields
• Prepare business cases and proposals
• Coach and motivate the clinical specialist team on territory
• Work to and achieve more than allocated designated targets
• Organise and attend customer events
• Be willing to travel across your designated territory to ensure business is maintained and generated.
• Be willing to cover the Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent regions

Skills and Experience Required:

• Degree in life sciences preferred, or experience in healthcare sales with management experience.
• Strong experience selling orthopaedic medical devices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, both individually and through leading teams.
• Confident communicator who can present effectively and influence decision-makers.
• Able to build a strong network with surgeons, consultants, and other key healthcare professionals.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.
