Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a high-calibre Territory Manager for the South Thames region to manage NHS and private hospital relationships across Surrey, Sussex, Kent and South London.

You will call on surgeons, consultants, theatre teams and procurement, developing existing and new business with full product training provided. The role targets clinicians such as MSK physios or theatre nurses who have a strong drive for targeted sales and are prepared to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2 years NHS hospital sales experience.
• Strong track record in theatre sales preferred.
• A practical kit test forms part of the interview process; preparation and technical ability are key.
• Clinicians such as MSK physios or theatre nurses can apply but should have a strong drive for targeted sales positions & a willingness to travel.

REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate should have 2 years’ NHS hospital sales experience.

The Package for Territory Manager

• Basic: £45,000-60,000
• Commission: £27K per annum
• Car: Company car or £800/month allowance
• Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 28 days’ holiday rising to 33 + bank holidays
