Job Description:

Purpose of the role:

Join a World Class, multi-award-winning field marketing agency, currently titled Agency of the Year. Represent leading ice cream brands such as Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum on behalf of Unilever. As part of the Dee Set team, you'll work to enhance brand performance, awareness, and availability across UK grocery retailers, acting as the eyes and ears of the brand through retail store visits within a defined territory, focusing on increasing distribution, sales, and brand engagement using our data tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with decision makers and add value to the store.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
  • Negotiate with store decision makers to maximize product availability, increase sales, and maintain agreed plans.
  • Identify store issues, opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to deliver impactful results.
  • Conduct professional and efficient store visits.
  • Record all visit data accurately using a tablet and bespoke software.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Sales, preferably within Independents, Wholesale, and Convenience sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Passionate about building brand awareness and driven by results.
  • Proven ability to deliver results at the store level.
  • Data-driven with analytical skills to interpret data for results.
  • Valid UK manual driving license.
