Atlas Copco Group Co.,Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Manager for ABAC Air Compressors to maximise sales through a distributor network across the Southern Area, including Staffordshire and southern regions. This field-based role requires building strong client relationships and driving profitable growth, with travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays.

You will manage distributors, plan sales activities, and promote product benefits while adhering to pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in capital equipment or technical products.
• Experience managing distributor networks.
• Knowledge of compressed air industry preferred.
• UK driving licence; field-based role with travel.
• Strong IT skills; comfortable with CRM tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to plan and work autonomously in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel; occasional overnight stays in UK/Europe.
