Zusammenfassung

Alup Kompressoren seeks an Area Sales Manager Direct to maximise and grow sales of our air compressor range across Northern Ireland. You will build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and execute end-user visits, presentations and exhibitions to drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires B2B sales experience in the industrial sector, territory management skills, and the ability to use technical knowledge to deliver customer solutions.

Qualifikationen

• B2B sales experience required or advantageous in industrial aftermarket
• Knowledge of compressed air industry is beneficial
• Experience managing a sales territory
• Able to apply technical knowledge to customer solutions
• Strong communication and convincing skills for stakeholder engagement

Aufgaben

• Increase revenue of aftermarket components across the territory in line with plans and budgets
• Plan and prioritise sales activities and marketing towards growth and profitability
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and sponsors
• Deliver sales presentations, site visits and exhibitions as required
• Promote value-based solutions highlighting product features and benefits
• Manage customer satisfaction and warranty/support issues in territory
• Use CRM (C4C) to maintain clear sales forecast and pipeline
• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing to maximise revenue and profit
