Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the North West of England to provide expert repair and maintenance for our compressed air and related equipment. You will install, service and troubleshoot air compressors, dryers, and gas generators, while delivering safe and high-quality customer service.

The role requires hands-on engineering experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or engineering roles.
• Relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using standard IT applications and new digital tools for service management.

Responsibilities

• Represent Atlas Copco on-site with a customer-first approach.
• Install, service, and troubleshoot air compressors, dryers, gas generators, and related equipment.
• Diagnose technical faults and deliver expert repairs with safety and efficiency.
• Log service activity using digital tools and maintain up-to-date records.
