Travail Employment Group is seeking a highly driven Territory Manager / Construction Rental Sales to develop business within the construction sector across the UK. You will drive proactive telesales, source leads and manage opportunities through to close, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, realistic six-figure OTE, and clear career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in territory management and field sales.
• Experience selling to construction-related sectors.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop business opportunities across the construction industry.
• Proactive telesales and business development.
• Identify and source your own leads.
• Build relationships with subcontractors, project managers, site managers and decision-makers.
• Produce and follow up quotations.
• Manage opportunities through to close.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce and CRM systems.
• Develop repeat business and long-term client relationships.
