Job summary

ST Selection Ltd, a national company in the construction hire sector, seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to grow business across London. You will develop existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and increase sales, rentals and profitability across the portfolio.

The role is home-based with extensive travel across London, offering £50k-£60k basic with a fully expensed company car.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in field-based sales.
• Strong understanding of the construction rental industry.
• Proven sales results and motivation to develop.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue from existing customer accounts across London.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits.
• Negotiate, renew, and manage customer rate agreements.
• Drive rate improvements and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support major and mega projects.
