Travail Employment Group is seeking a driven Sales Manager / Territory Manager to win business in the construction sector across the UK. You will lead proactive telesales, face-to-face meetings, and compelling presentations to build a lucrative client base.

With £30,000–£40,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission and realistic six-figure OTE, you’ll own your territory, manage your diary, and progress through comprehensive training and career opportunities within a high-earning sales

• Proactively generate and develop business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings and deliver sales presentations.
• Identify and source own leads; build relationships with subcontractors and project managers.
• Produce and follow up quotations; manage opportunities through to close.
• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce/CRM systems.
