Job summary

Adore Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager to cover the North UK for a growing international medical devices manufacturer. You will leverage healthcare knowledge to develop new business, demonstrate devices and build long-term relationships with clinicians and therapists.

A company vehicle and commission enhance the fixed salary, with 25 days holiday and a pension plan. The role requires travel across the North UK and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Background in physiotherapy, occupational therapy or fitness
• Healthcare / rehabilitation experience preferred
• Willingness to travel across the North UK
• Strong presentation and customer-facing skills
• Able to build relationships with healthcare professionals
• Commercial drive with sales curiosity

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships in your territory
• Demonstrate and sell medical devices and therapy equipment
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
• Attend exhibitions, events and customer meetings
• Follow up leads, demonstrations and enquiries through to sale
• Provide product training, customer support and after-sales care
• Coordinate with UK MD and German HQ; manage diary and sales pipeline

£35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Company Vehicle + Commission

North UK | Head Office near Milton Keynes

Are you a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Personal Trainer or healthcare professional looking to move into sales?

We are recruiting for a growing international manufacturer of high-quality medical devices and therapy equipment, looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the North of the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your healthcare, rehabilitation or fitness knowledge with a commercial sales career, working with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, clinicians and other healthcare professionals.

The Role

• Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships across your territory
• Demonstrate and sell innovative medical devices and therapy equipment
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
• Attend exhibitions, events and customer meetings
• Follow up leads, demonstrations and enquiries through to sale
• Provide product training, customer support and after-sales care
• Work closely with the UK Managing Director and German HQ
• Manage your own diary, territory and sales pipeline

Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, but we’re open to strong candidates looking to make their first move into sales.

You’ll need to be confident, personable, commercially driven and comfortable presenting to customers, with a willingness to travel extensively across the North and stay away occasionally.
