Job summary

Adore Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager for a leading medical devices company in the North UK, based near Milton Keynes. You will manage a regional territory, develop key accounts and demonstrate therapy equipment to healthcare professionals.

Clinically minded candidates with strong relationship skills will excel. Basic salary £30,000–£40,000 plus commission and a company vehicle; includes pension, training and career development.

Qualifications

• Healthcare professional background preferred (physiotherapist, OT, PT, etc.).
• Confident, personable and target-driven with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the North UK territory and accounts.
• Demonstrate medical devices and therapy equipment to clinicians.
• Generate new business and convert demonstrations into sales.
• Attend exhibitions and industry events; train customers as needed.
• Maintain diary, pipeline and sales activity; report to MD/teams.

Are you a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Personal Trainer or healthcare professional with a natural flair for building relationships?

Are you looking to take your career into sales, whilst remaining within the healthcare and medical sector?

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join a successful international manufacturer of innovative medical devices and therapy equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a clinical, healthcare, fitness or rehabilitation background who is commercially minded and enjoys working with people.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing a territory across the North of the UK
• Generating new business and developing existing accounts
• Meeting with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
• Demonstrating medical devices and therapy equipment
• Following up leads and converting demonstrations into sales
• Attending exhibitions, trade shows and industry events
• Providing product training and ongoing customer support
• Managing your own diary, pipeline and sales activity
• Working closely with the UK Managing Director and international team

What We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience as a:

Physiotherapist Occupational Therapist Personal Trainer Sports Therapist Healthcare Professional Medical Device Sales Professional

Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential. What's more important is that you are:
