Territory Sales Manager – ENT (North West, England & West Midlands)

We are a market leader in the Medical Device sector seeking a highly talented medical device salesperson to join a supportive, ambitious, and fun team! This role offers a chance to join one of Stryker’s smaller, fast-growing divisions focused on ENT. Our portfolio includes capital, consumables, and disposables that support the evolution of surgical specialties within ENT. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking sales professional committed to territorial growth.

As a Territory Sales Manager in the ENT team, you will be a key member of a successful sales team dedicated to helping our customers improve patient care and outcomes using our products. Your responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining existing business, and providing excellent customer service and patient focus.

You will need to develop strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS and private medical sectors, including key opinion leaders, surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals. Your duties will include conducting product demonstrations, sales presentations, product training for clinical staff, and supporting cases in operating theatres.

The territory covers the North West of England, West Midlands, and North Wales. Ideally, the Territory Sales Manager will reside within this territory.

What you need
  • Training in a medical/scientific/technical field or a degree in sciences/business (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven success in medical device sales and capital sales
  • Ownership mindset with a results-driven focus
  • Drive and desire to succeed and win
  • Alignment with our values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial acumen, ideally with NHS/private sector knowledge
  • A full, valid driver’s license
  • Experience in ENT or Head & Neck medical devices is advantageous
