Territory Sales Manager Wellspect – South East

The successful candidate will significantly influence and promote the use and sale of Wellspect Healthcare bladder and bowel products, and Wellspect’s DAC, to hospitals and community staff.

The ideal candidate will reside in the territory: South East (South Essex, Kent, Sussex, SE London).

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the customer’s expert on Wellspect Healthcare bladder and bowel products and services—Intermittent self-catheterisation and Transanal irrigation.
  • Apply the sales process to various selling situations, identify and develop sales potential, and influence bladder and bowel customers to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Use sales data to analyze market trends, develop and execute a territory business plan, and collaborate with sales teams to capitalize on opportunities and provide ongoing training.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, following through the sales process.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and ensure continued use of Wellspect products.
  • Discuss product use and effects using detail aids, literature, and promotional materials.
  • Attend exhibitions and company meetings as required.
  • Comply with all company policies and information governance requirements.
  • Collaborate on marketing programs by monitoring, reporting, and following up to ensure effective campaigns.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Excellent product and industry knowledge.
  • Proven success and passion for best practices in sales.
  • Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
  • Experience dealing with CCGs is preferred but not essential.
  • Effective use of CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer-focused, and efficient.
  • Ability to analyze business data to refine product focus and achieve KPIs.
  • Apply professional selling skills in all dialogues.
  • Willingness to undertake regular UK business travel across a large geographical area.
  • Valid local driving license required.
