Area Sales Manager

Homebased / Field Sales– East London

Up to £40,000 + uncapped bonus potential, company car or travel allowance & home-based contract

Kff is a regional food wholesaler with around 250 colleagues based near Maidstone, Kent. We are part of Sysco, the world’s largest foodservice provider with over 65,000 colleagues globally. Kff has a family feel with a close-knit team, supplying both local pub and restaurant customers as well as delivering directly to the caterer.

What you will be doing:

• Gain, grow, and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
• Research your target audience and identify opportunities within your territory.
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, understanding customer needs, and ongoing engagement.
• Onboard new customers effectively while maintaining close relationships with existing accounts and tracking activity.
• Partner with your customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer practical solutions and products.
• Monitor competitor activity and proposals to ensure you are providing the best local solutions to your customers.

What we are looking for:

We seek someone who can win new business and maximize sales with existing customers. You should be commercially astute, proficient in Excel, and skilled in building and maintaining relationships. A desire for sales is essential! Experience in the food industry is a plus but not required.
