Customer Relationship Manager

Join Covetrus, a global leader in animal health, as a Customer Relationship Manager in North England. This role is ideal for sales enthusiasts passionate about animal health and customer care, with skills in building relationships and driving growth.

About the Role

You will manage field sales and customer care activities for veterinary practices, focusing on pharmaceuticals, consumables, and related categories. Your responsibilities include engaging with accounts through visits, calls, and video calls to grow sales of our products, selling to existing customers, prospecting new business, and increasing basket spend.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Territory Management: Develop and manage your territory using CRM tools like Qlik & Salesforce.
  • Sales Objectives: Achieve targets set by the National Sales Manager.
  • Strategic Planning: Implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Customer Focus: Respond promptly to customer concerns and provide excellent service.
  • Team Collaboration: Learn about Covetrus products, generate leads, and communicate across divisions.
  • Professional Development: Attend seminars, training, and meetings.
  • Compliance: Follow company policies and maintain professionalism.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Sales or veterinary sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Skills:

  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel within your territory.
