As a Territory Sales Manager / TCS Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing existing accounts, growing and presenting our janitorial products, along with the installations, service, and maintenance of dispensing and dosing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Sales Manager
- Identify janitorial business opportunities.
- Report on territory sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
- Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet individual goals.
- Answer customer questions about features, pricing, and additional services.
- Cross-sell other service products, when appropriate.
TCS Engineer
- Install, commission, maintain, and repair dispensing and dosing equipment, such as dishwasher and laundry dosing units, various water and non-water-fed chemical dispensing units, and enzymes dosing units.
- Responsible for installing (unpacking) and sometimes assembling equipment, servicing, and maintaining dispensing and dosing equipment for clients.
- Perform quality assurance checks to verify equipment operates according to design specifications and regulations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve faults; organize repairs as needed.
- Raise and submit quotes for parts, ensuring part numbers match technical manuals/products, and confirm receipt of parts.
- Return warranty parts to suppliers; return unused parts to stores after visits.
- Complete electronic job sheets after site visits.
- Maintain regular communication with the Technical Customer Services Team.
- Maintain and check van stock.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- IT literate (MS Office)
- Competent working on electrical systems, including reading diagrams, and basic plumbing skills.
- 2-5 years engineering experience in dispensing or dosing equipment or similar (highly desirable).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Commercial acumen.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Ability to think ahead and work flexibly under pressure.
