Area Sales Manager role focusing on driving profitable growth in a regional territory with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, business development, territory management or strategic account management.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growth objectives.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation with proactive pipeline management.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure short and long term rental opportunities through networking, tenders, market intelligence, site surveys and direct prospecting.
• Build trusted relationships with decision makers across local authorities, commercial operators and contractors.
• Maintain a strong pipeline, following up enquiries, tenders and opportunities to maximise conversion.
• Work closely with sales, branch and operational teams to maximise fleet utilisation and customer satisfaction.
