Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager for the Midlands region, covering Cambridge, Leicester, Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Birmingham and Coventry. This field-based role focuses on growing market share, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across the UK.

You will lead territory and account strategies, apply consultative selling, provide technical and clinical support, and collaborate with sales managers and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and healthcare sales experience preferable.
• Self-motivated, highly collaborative with a proactive mindset.
• Degree at minimum; advanced degrees in health economics or related fields are a plus.
• Experience in healthcare sales and/or clinical Cath Lab settings is desirable.
• Knowledge of the healthcare landscape and reimbursement considerations is advantageous.
• Accountability for personal development and success; excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account plans to increase revenue and market penetration.
• Build influential relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, commercial leaders and other decision makers.
• Provide credible clinical and therapy support for Abbott technologies.
• Use market insight and account intelligence to identify opportunities and manage risks.
• Represent Abbott professionally, maintaining customer focus and integrity.
• Maintain territory records, forecasts, reports, and account documentation.
