Job description

Territory (MarketExpansion&Delivery)

London, United Kingdom (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)

up to £60,000 + Equity + Benefits

With a recent strategic investment from Zurich Insurance and backing from the people behind Deliveroo, Zoopla, and Delivery Hero, we’re continuing to grow and evolve. Our journey has already been featured in The Economist, TechCrunch, and The Times—just to name a few.

A brief overview: As a Territory Manager, you’ll play a key role in our Benefits team, driving our mission forward with a focus on rolling out and driving the adoption of the Onsi solution in new countries and product segments. You will have a direct influence on Onsi top-line metrics, making a tangible impact on our customers and users.

What you will do:

  • Lead the Rollout of the Onsi App: Drive the successful rollout of the Onsi app with our strategic customer across new countries and product segments, from strategic planning to execution and ongoing optimisation.
  • Tailor Onsi to Local Needs: Ensure the Onsi platform is customised to meet the specific requirements of each client, while also addressing the regulatory, cultural, and business needs of each market.
  • Coordinate Cross-Departmental Efforts: Collaborate seamlessly with teams across Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, and Support to ensure smooth execution of the solution launch.
  • Track and Measure Success: Lead performance reporting to our strategic customers, ensuring accurate, timely updates aligned with agreed KPIs and SLAs
  • Conduct Post-Launch Evaluations: Lead post-launch assessments to ensure the solution aligns with customer expectations and business goals, making adjustments as needed.
  • Support Market Trends analysis and Feedback: Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvements and feature enhancements to increase adoption and customer satisfaction.

️ This role isn’t for you if …

  • You want a pure play strategy & management role. We’re all individual contributors here too.
  • Don’t thrive in unpredictable, unstructured environments. Things change here, often.
  • Struggle with ambiguity or uncertainty. We’re on a continuous learning journey, and things are often in flux.
  • Want a highly specialised & defined role. We tend to operate more as hands-on generalists, which has a high degree of fluidity. “That’s not in my job description” isn’t a phrase we tend to use!

You will love this opportunity if:

You’re someone who thrives when taking ownership, challenges the norm, and celebrates the small wins along the way. Whether it’s navigating ambiguity or owning your impact, this role will allow you to stretch your limits and grow. There is no ‘I’ in Onsi, we don’t take ourselves too seriously and always win as a team.

You will need:

  • Proven Success in Project Delivery: You have a strong track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish. You’re not just about overseeing delivery; you thrive in tackling challenges head-on, diving deep into new content areas, and ensuring the best decisions are made for the business.
  • Adaptability: You excel in navigating change and are comfortable adjusting to shifts in scope, team dynamics, and evolving project priorities.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management & Communication: With the ability to engage with diverse personalities, you communicate clearly and effectively, whether you're handling internal team conflicts or negotiating with external clients. You’re skilled in fostering collaboration and managing differing viewpoints.
  • Passion for Problem-Solving: Complex challenges excite you. You have a knack for breaking down intricate problems into manageable steps, identifying the key assumptions and inputs needed for a solution, and guiding the team toward successful outcomes.

Excited about this opportunity? We’d love to hear from you! Please apply directly through the application link . We kindly ask that you apply through the link rather than reaching out directly, as it's the quickest way for us to give your application the attention it deserves. We can’t wait to review your application and hopefully get to know you soon!

  • 1 month paid sabbatical after your 5th year of service.
