Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager to cover Surrey, Sussex, Kent and South London from Crawley, West Sussex. You will manage NHS and private hospital relationships, calling on surgeons, theatre teams and procurement with full product training provided.

We value a proactive, results-driven sales professional with 2 years NHS hospital sales experience and a track record in theatre sales. A strong drive to travel within the South Thames region is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years NHS hospital sales experience required.
• Track record in theatre sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the South Thames region.
• Practical kit test part of interview; technical ability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage NHS and private hospital relationships.
• Call on surgeons, consultants, theatre teams and procurement.
• Drive new business and retain existing accounts.
• Provide product training and clinical benefit support.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have 2 years' NHS hospital sales experience.
• Candidates must be driven, with a strong track record in theatre sales preferred.
• A practical kit test forms part of the interview process, so preparation and technical ability are key.
• Clinicians such as MSK physios or theatre nurses can apply but should have a strong drive for targeted sales positions & a comfortable travelling.
