Job summary

CPM is seeking a Sales Executive to operate on a field-based basis across Dundee, ABerdeen, Falkirk and Perth regions. You will drive a company van, stock products into convenience stores, and grow the range of brands such as Lucozade, Ribena and more, meeting KPIs and quarterly bonus targets.

The role involves visiting retailers, building relationships with store owners, and achieving defined sales milestones while supporting activations in Cash & Carry events.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience or willingness to learn is preferred.
• Ambition to meet targets and KPIs is essential.
• Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers across the territory to stock products in stores.
• Sell stock directly into retailers and grow product ranges.
• Work toward defined sales KPIs and targets.
• Identify sales opportunities and secure the sale.
• Merchandise products and increase in-store visibility.
• Build strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers.
• Manage your own stock and drive the company van.
• Own your territory and use data to spot growth opportunities.
• Attend Cash & Carry activations roughly once per month.
