CPM in Glasgow is seeking a driven Sales Executive to represent iconic brands in a field-based, KPI-driven role. You will visit independent and convenience stores across Coatbridge, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, Renfrew, and surrounding areas in a manual van.

You'll build relationships, push stock and new SKUs, hit clear sales targets and contribute to quarterly bonuses. A UK driving license and self-motivation are essential.

Competenze

• Field sales experience not essential, but helpful.
• Good communication and relation-building skills.
• Target-driven with a confident, positive attitude.

Mansioni

• Visit retailers including Premier, Londis, SPAR, Best-one and independent stores.
• Grow product range and stock in each store.
• Meet KPIs and targets to earn quarterly bonus.
• Merchandise products and boost in-store visibility.
• Manage territory and stock while driving a manual van.
• Attend Cash & Carry activations roughly monthly.
