Job summary

CPM UK is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to cover Preston and surrounding areas. You’ll drive a manual company van, visit independent stores, and promote Lucozade and Ribena. This field-based, KPI-driven role offers a base salary with a 10% bonus.

You’ll build relationships with store owners, hit sales KPIs, and take part in monthly Cash & Carry activations. A full UK driving licence is required. We provide a company van, mileage, pension and health support.

Qualifications

• Sales experience isn't essential.
• We’re much more interested in your attitude, energy and willingness to learn.
• You hold a full UK driving licence that allows you to drive a manual vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers including Premier, Londis, SPAR, Best-one and independent convenience stores.
• Sell additional products and stock directly into retailers.
• Grow the number and range of products stocked in each store.
• Work towards clearly defined sales KPIs and targets.
• Identify sales opportunities and confidently asking for the sale.
• Merchandising products and increasing their visibility in store.
