Job summary

CPM Limited is recruiting a Sales Executive to cover Glasgow-based territory. You will drive a company van to independent and convenience stores, promoting iconic brands and increasing product visibility. A KPI-driven role with monthly activations and a base salary plus a 10% bonus awaits a motivated field seller.

Ideal candidates will have energy, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. A full UK driving licence is required to operate a manual van and travel across the Coatbridge,

Qualifications

• Field-based, KPI-driven sales role.
• Requires full UK driving licence for manual vehicle operation.
• Proven ability to visit retailers and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers including Premier, Londis, SPAR, Best-one and independent stores.
• Sell stock into stores and grow product ranges.
• Achieve defined sales KPIs and targets.
• Manage territory and drive van stock to customers.
• Attend Cash & Carry activations approximately monthly.
