Job summary

CPM is seeking a Sales Executive to operate on a field-based basis across Dundee, ABerdeen, Falkirk and Perth regions. You will drive a company van, stock products into convenience stores, and grow the range of brands such as Lucozade, Ribena and more, meeting KPIs and quarterly bonus targets.

The role involves visiting retailers, building relationships with store owners, and achieving defined sales milestones while supporting activations in Cash & Carry events.

Responsibilities

Ideal location: Dundee, United Kingdom, DD1
Territory: Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Perth and surrounding areas.

This is a field-based, KPI-driven sales role

As a Sales Executive,you'llbe out on the road every day, driving a manual company van stocked with products and visiting independentandconvenience stores across your territory.

Your job is to sell the stock you are carrying directly into stores, grow the range of products they stock andidentifyevery opportunity to increase sales and visibility.

You'llhave clear sales targets and KPIs to achieve, which contribute towards your quarterly bonus, soyou'llneed to be motivated by results and enjoy the challenge of making a sale.

You'llalso spend approximately one day per month working at a Cash & Carry activation, engaging withretailersand driving sales.

What will you be doing?

You'llvisit retailers including Premier, Londis, SPAR, Best-oneand independent convenience stores, as well as wholesale depots such as Bestway.

Over 90% of the stores you visit will already stock some of our products. Your role is to build on this by:

• Sellingadditionalproducts and stock directly into retailers
• Growing the number and range of products stocked in each store
• Working towards clearly defined sales KPIs and targets
• Identifyingsales opportunities and confidently asking for the sale
• Merchandising products and increasing their visibility in store
• Building strong relationships with store owners and keydecision-makers
• Managing your own stock and driving a manual company van throughout your territory
• Taking ownership of your territory and using data toidentifyopportunities for growth
• Attending a Cash & Carry activationapproximately onceper month

You'llhave ownership of your territory and the freedom to make it a success, while being part of a friendly and collaborative team of Sales Executives, with ongoing support and guidance from your Field Manager.
