Job summary

McCurrach Careers is recruiting a Customer Development Executive to cover Southeast London and surrounding areas. You will manage a defined territory, build strong relationships with store managers and decision-makers, and negotiate additional displays to boost distribution and visibility of Magnum ice cream brands.

Ideal candidates will have field sales or direct selling experience, enjoy autonomy, and be motivated by seeing tangible in-store results.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communication and influence with stakeholders.
• UK driving licence required with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory and plan visits around store manager availability.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and decision-makers.
• Negotiate displays and promotional activity to enhance presence.
• Drive distribution and availability across product ranges.
• Execute merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Actively selling to maximise sales and visibility.
• Utilise sales data to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage CAPEX assets like Freezers on Loan and POS where required.
